martiniOn this pre-recorded interview from 2014 James speaks to Dr. Betty Martini on the dangers of aspertame and similar artificial sweeteners found in an increasingly wide array of processed foods. Martini is one of the foremost experts on such substances. She explains specifically how these ingredients found their way in to the food supply, the dangers they pose to human health, and what we can do to help protect ourselves and our loved ones.

Martini is the founder of Mission Possible World Health International, a volunteer force committed to removing aspartame from our food supply. She has an honorary Doctor of Humanities degree for the work she has done has 22 years of experience in the field of medical research. In 1970 Dr. Martini established a model for the nation by creating Physicians on Call, a network of five Emergency Care clinics in Atlanta, Georgia staffed with medical doctors 7 days/24 hours. She speaks frequently on radio programs throughout the country and the world. The medical text, Aspartame Disease: An Ignored Epidemic, by H. J. Roberts, M.D., is dedicated to her. Dr. Martini can also be seen in the documentary, Sweet Misery: A Poisoned World.


Martini is on the Advisory Board of the American Anti-Cancer Institute, and is the National Health Federation’s in-house aspartame specialist. Because of her the “Just Like Sugar” company made a safe sweetener without chemicals, although she has no financial recompense from the endeavor.
